Rest assured that James Bond has nothing to do with the third part of the answer.
I'll check in again after lunch.
Well Wiki has let me down with its chronological list of Croissant Corner composers ...... no 1900 that I can see ..... without Wiki I have Zero chance

So that’s why I’ve got nil points for Poulenc!

The only French composer b1900 was Henri Barraud.

For the third composer Google and Wikipedia have led me to Maurice Jaubert, born 3 January 1900, who composed music for the film Zero for Conduct in 1929.

            To recap:
Anton Bruckner (b. 1824): 'Double Zero' Symphony
Arthur Bliss (b. 1891): Adam Zero
Maurice Jaubert (b. 1900): Film score 'Zero de Conduite'.

Who gets to set an 'A' question?

But we seem to be so far south that we still have snow at Christmas in the middle of summer.

                              Is the A anything polar?
