Her brain aneurysm was a severe one, so this is a remarkable recovery.
Prior to this, I must confess to having no idea who Brandi Carlile is - turns out she crosses genres, but is a country and western singer originally.
Having watched a few more tracks now, I think she does a fantastic job in duetting with, and supporting JM and there is great empathy between them.
