Unless your name's "Robbie", I suppose!

JC - your reputation as king of the one-liners is quite, quite safe.

Just got back in. Really liked the comments.

Sorry about the St Mirren omission. Certainly football led me to locating places like Brechin and Arbroath on the map.

She's quite good at arithmetic, unusual for an accountant, and very frugal. Probably cutting up the weekly sausage into five dinner portions as I write. Nice though. Half Welsh.

Alas, my name is not Robbie. You will recall that I am one of the original Talking Heads so it is one of three as my name definitely isn't Tina.

Yes, I'm still slightly in shock about that.

His brother Andre was in Big Audio Dynamite in '94.

Pickles likes Meat Loaf and Gove likes The Proclaimers...or should that be Pickles likes meatloaf and Gove likes proclaiming?

            Is it Alan?

Of course it might be Thora!

They were good, those Alan Bennett pieces, weren't they? I've never met a Thora in real life and haven't met any Kylies or Kayleighs even though there were thousands of them in the eighties. I think they all changed their names just as I became Lat.

GT - Just spotted your post - "His brother Andre was in Big Audio Dynamite in '94".

It gets worse! I didn't see him. My records show that I saw BAD in July 88 at the Town and Country Club, Kentish Town. By the mid-nineties, they were a bit rubbish.

Mr Luscombe is nervously checking this thread every few minutes - did anyone actually listen to his show?

Should he continue with his broadcasting career or buy himself a 1 way ticket to Libya...

(I must admit I'm trying to recall which 80's ska band Pickles E. used to play in...Ahh yes, he used to be Buster Bloodvessel )

Jones was on R&M last night talking about BAD in case you're interested Lat - I don't know anything about them so I don't know if they were ever any good.

Hey JC, you may not be able to post an image, but I've just hit a cracking tune from you
Kana Ndoda Kuramba Murume - thanks. [Mr Luscombe - if you want to endear yourself, give us more like this and nix the random noise generators]

What a great guy. He will be deciding on some of my friends' futures. I'm not sure whether to advise them to take the hanging or flogging option.

BAD - The first album was very good indeed, far better than Mr Strummer's first post-Clash offering. If this seems slightly off any subject, I will just say Don Letts who links in with the reggae programme.

I haven't heard Mr Luscombe yet. However, he might be needed soon and very loud. I have a brand new next door neighbour - a self-styled minor celebrity who has filled the close with vehicles. People have been taking in television camera equipment and there is quite a lot of banging. Who knows? He might be building in there a studio.

A bit over the top methinks for a small two bedroom bungalow - surely it isn't the stuff of Hello magazine. Can't help but feel that Lat's luck isn't improving much. Oh, I hear on the grapevine that one of New Neighbour's last projects was writing for Victoria Beckham and that it was a flop. Nice.

Apologies for the technological inadequacies Global - I was just showing The Wonderful Ivor C when he played Mister Buster Bloodvessel in the Fab 4's Magical Mystery Tour. First time I ever noticed the great man.
