Sorry duty officer - I seem to have forgotten there was a meeting.

Will there be minutes? Did anyone mention the thing about the fish? Remember, the secret of cooking fish is to make it taste less fish-like. Anyway sorry - I must have dropped off. ...oh, and what about tripe? - did anyone mention the tripe?? - are we allowed it???

"Would you like soup or salad with your meal?" (Logical XOR.)
I'm afraid this is completely illogical, so it cannot be a Boolean construct anyway. The soup or salad, if chosen, would immediiately become part of the meal, [meal n, (1) - food item or items eaten at one time for bodily sustenance] therefore could not be taken "with" it.* You can't play, for example, the second movement of a sonata "with" the Sonata.

*Unless the meal referred to some sort of ground grain or similar dry substance, which of course it wouldn't be, that's being silly and far-fetched so don't come that one, sunshine.

Cock-a-leekie today. Leek and potato soup made with chicken stock from Scotland. Serve while listening to the band of Aaron Jones:

Tomorrow it's fufu and egusi soup, a traditional soup from Nigeria made with vegetables, meat, fish, and balls of ground melon seed. Serve while listening to Keziah Jones and his band:
