Who's got the equipment today?
today's turntable users are a really diverse bunch - you can see all sorts of examples on utube, of records rotateing on all sorts of machines, played by all age groups of people, listening to all sorts of music. (imo the domestic interiors are often as/more fascinating than what's emanating from the grooves).
it's a shame that peope often have to pay through the nose to maintain hobbys now though.
