    PS
I have to confess that this thread's title initially made me think of Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, a covered dish and an ex-parakeet ...

Hope Nantwich Jane's recovery is going satisfactorily.

Owls of laughter from the gallery.

Jane is doing quite well. We are having a murmuration of starlings in Nantwich at the moment. They fly in huge liquid formations just before sundown, and can be heard chattering in the trees well into the night.

You're doing a starling job there Martin.
I seem to recall back in the old days of the old MB - remember back then? - that you said you liked this guy and I heard this rather crackin' track, (I thought), by him on Bob Harris last night and thought you might fancy a listen if you hadn't heard it.

www.keepturningleft.co.uk for more bird films. The starlings are an astonishing thing to see - Near Oxford - England. This was filmed at an RSPB reserve call...
