Where? When?? Can we listen and/or suggest tunes? Some of Fela Kuti's Afrobeat work would respond well to a brass band treatment I suspect...

During the forthcoming break in transmission, perhaps some folks might wish to be part of the Schoobities by joining in a celebration of all things shooby dooby and shoo shoo shee boo - if so take the rootytootyroute over to spotty:

Good call JC, I'm with you.
Will take me a while to get to work on it; The Latster will put enough on there for both of us...I'm sure.

What's this? A whole week of Show Boat? That's just brilliant. Well done Roger Wright!

(And I would have gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for you meddling kids and that mountain climbing mutt, Scooby-Doo)

There's a wealth of joy out there - now at this stage I'd normally head for an online translator - wonder what the Serbo-croat for Shooby Dooby rootydooby is? Wonder if it shows up in Wolof?

You need to use an online translator?

By the way that version of Iko Iko is shockingly bad in my opinion ...I'll try & find a version that captures the true street weirdness of it later...isn't Dr John on Spot doing it?

And Bela Fleck may have to go to the judges - scrapes in on title only, I know we're generally a fan of her work, but I'm not sure; maybe I'm just having a bad segue.
