No apologies for this, I am a self-confessed fan of this feller, although his recent CD is not his best imho, some rather lame lyrics, musicianship excellent throughout; there are a couple of really stand-out tracks.
Is this one of them?
Do read the comments - for once a decent summary of my varied thoughts and feelings with regards to this track.
But this had much more impact on me when I first heard it nearly 50 years ago....

How silly of me to expect that Wo3 would be on at the regular time tonight - I means it's promtime ain't it - so I headed for Beeb 4 and caught this rather excellent bit from the Blind Boys of Alabama from an old 'Later'. Danny Thompson's in there too - usually a good sign.
