New show added on Jan 1, recorded on July 19 2018. Vairable sound quality throughout. expect Lo-Fi
“EARLY MUSIC FROM THE FRENCH EMPIRE”. Special Guests Robert Crumb & Guillaume Veillet play 78 rpm records from their record collections from the South of France on John Heneghan’s Old Time Radio Show.

Not listened to all of it yet, wading through the sometimes too informal dialogue can be a bit tedious...but the first track Chant De Momea Paoa led me off to do some research (which is what the young people say when they mean using a Search Engine). There are actually no artists called Sylvain et Darnois, turns out these are the name of the collectors. Ho hum, it was a rousing sound to start the day.
The title of the second track should be
Hiriata et Toti avec Les Troubadours Des Iles
not
Hiriata et Toti avec Les Troubadours Des Lies
(I'll try and remember to update this thread whenever a new show is added)
