Just about any Mozart piano concerto.
If a specific example is needed, may I suggest the 3rd movement of concerto no. 17 K453?

Johann Jakob Froberger, Allemande from Suite XX, "Méditation faite sur ma mort future"

The existence of music at all is "joyful and uplifting", anything more than that is mostly window-dressing...

Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Ry Cooder - 'Isa Lei' from their wonderful record 'A Meeting by the River'...not sure it's joyful but I always feel uplifted when I hear it.
