Suddenly we have not one but two Turkish barbers establishments a few miles away, I think this is down to the emerging dandy culture of the younger generation with regards to their (sometimes) highly groomed beards.
Neither of the local barbers are the fellows in this clip but they both do the trick with the flaming alcohol and the ears.

If not, then I suggest you investigate without delay.
A most pleasant and surprising experience.
The only disappointment being a reluctance of the barber to discuss Turkish music pre and post Ottoman empire - the digital radio was definitely staying tuned to a Turkish radio station doing covers of English pop songs.
