While waiting for Max to start tomorrow evening I think I'll take in an hour of *Idris Elba doing Journey Africa on R2, the first of a three parter. I have no idea what we're expecting to hear but probably better than most of the rest of R2's output I'm willing to believe.

Wasn't too taken with Mr Elba's delivery but a great bunch of tunes he delivered, though he kept babbling over them in that irritating DJ type way. For the third week running a very good playlist from Idris Elba - that's his stint up but I imagine they might try to get him back after these fine tunes.
...including this crucial song from King Sunny Ade which I hadn't heard in ages but was so important in getting me listening to music from elsewhere - still sounds great.
