Hard to avoid Sir Van this Irish Friday morning, but I'll steer away from the corona-controversy and go for 'The Healing Game' from twenty-odd years ago instead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4rAP-KAOgQ
Evidence that it is possible to be both a genius and an idiot at the same time. Just my opinion, like his opinionated statements, not based on provable facts.

So great, Padraig. Brought a big grin to my face...Mrs C, too!
John, I hesitated but I could not resist. I'm so glad that you and your dear wife enjoyed it - I should have known. I call it ' Dancing Queens: Now and To Be'. Thanks Mrs C.
I've been fair enjoying Bob Dylan's 'Theme Time Radio Hour' on whiskey this week. Not surprising to hear that his old pals, The Clancy Brothers, make an appearance in there with a great story from them about whiskey being their song arranger. Anyway, Bob played 'The Parting Glass' by them, and then explained that it was, of course, a Scottish song.

This is a real treat. I managed to escape the pale to visit the extraordinary medieval town of Clonmel for this next musical yarn, and a yarn it truly is. There I met with the legend @johnspillanemusic and a very humble and inspiring puppeteer by the name of Des Dillon. The beautiful characters which Des brings to life in this video are just the right amount of joy to serve as an affective antidote to all the noise out there. Enjoy (There may be tears). Your likes and shares mean a hell of a lot to me. They really do help beat the algorithms and get this post get out there. Thank you.
