Agree re sweetener reference, Global. But Karine is a treasure, in my opinion. Here she is doing a cover of Frightened Rabbit's wonderful and sadly prescient, 'Swim Until You Can't See Land'.

Since Hugh's death, Tony has been working on the recordings in the London studio where the original recordings were made and the release date is set for March. In the meantime this single has been released. Allen and Masekela are accompanied on the record by jazz musicians including Tom Herbert (Acoustic Ladyland / The Invisible), Joe Armon-Jones (Ezra Collective), Mutale Chashi (Kokoroko) and Steve Williamson.

One of many magic tracks by Mac (aka Yaseen) & Party off their newly released LP. The LP might be newly released but has a certain dusty air about it...
And it turns out it was actually released in the 60's but shortly after Yaseen left the music business - the pressures of family life meant he had to concentrate on being an engineer.
Shame. Our loss.
