Well, I hadn't heard it before but as soon as I did I recognised those wonderful Baku water drums. Actually I think JB had the original as one of the great world music songs when he did those programmes with Lucy Duran - anyway here it is sampled and with no acknowledgement that I can see to the Baku people - 'Injection of Blackness' by Malika B and Dave Hucker.

It's 10 years since La Radiolina and we hear wee bits of Manu Chao from time to time, most recently with Calypso Rose. But he's released a few tracks with vids on his website. I liked this one the best though it made me fancy a ciggie.

Agreed, Lat, going by what I've heard so far. Talking of which, sort of, Songlines Magazine has just announced their nominations for world music awards 2017. They've divided into 7 sections and winners will be announced middle of May.
