Dick Gaughan Gig
Some news came in just before my radio show last night. Dick Gaughan and Andy Cutting will be performing at Middlewich Civic Hall in Cheshire on May 21st. I put forward the suggestion that we all meet up for this gig. It would be nice to put faces to names.

How is the world music group coming along? Are you still in it?
I saw your thoughts about a world music course and wondered about SOAS with Lucy but I don't know if they do distance learning. Tbh I also thought about it for me.
I saw Dick Gaughan live at Cecil Sharp House some years ago. I found him a bit severe but I have an album of his which is fantastic - "True and Bold - Songs of the Scottish Miners". Highly recommended.Comment
