    Nowt like a msprnt!

Cerys shoves out a fine show on Sunday morns - cornucopia of treats. Plenty to enjoy as you'll see from the playlist and I was particularly taken by a new version of an old Alison Krauss track down near the end - it's dangerous down on the banks these days..

Talking of Cerys, I'm going through a rich vein of tunes broadcast by her Gideon colleague.
Played this week via the serving suggestions wotsit - both Moussa Doumbia's fab 'Keleya ' and a Whitefield Brothers item which opened his Thursday edition. Good man he is ...

Hadn't listened to SebCoe with any concentration before Paul, but following your recommendation I was rewarded with some fine tunes through the week - mostly I lasted 30 mins at best - but tonight I got 20 minutes of the Bhundus from Glasto in '89 and absolutely brill it was. Four mighty fine tracks - Foolish Heart was a particularly excellent accompaniment to the dishes. It's starts about 70 minutes in if you fancy a listen.

Featuring concerts from The Last Shadow Puppets and the Bhundu Boys.

Yes, that looks very good. Mornings on 6 Music still don't work for me though.

Why did that make me think of my old dad's favourite from the Count, Ofcachap? Anyway, it did!

STOP PRESS - Just found out that the "poverty-stricken no-goods" in KM's family share my surname. I may be gone some time to work on the family tree. Want to see exactly how I will fit into the new order on this my last day unconnected to the Royals.
