That's good. I was going to go out for the day to pick beans. That's my kind of away these days but it is raining so I'm not.

At the top of my request sheet are (a) the Charlie Gillett stage - and where was it located? (b) Hari Sivanesan with Omar Puente and (c) Lucy obviously.

I expect a few of you will be considering attending WOMAD 2013?

        Great news, but

A Londonderry businessman has warned Derry is not ready for its year as City of Culture.

So, when you can't find a place to eat or stay - who ya gonna call?

Ahh Patrick, we're a hardy bunch we WM'ers.

We will sleep with the kerb as our pillow and the stars as our blanket, the music of the spheres as our lullaby.

Alternatively we'll just stay in the pub all night!

Once all is announced I'm going to try and get that room which the comic, Lenny Henry once stayed in.
              I'll recognise it straight away

The above contains a deliberate mistake. A prize is offered to the first to post it !

Is it because you used the terms comic and Lenny Henry in the same sentence, Paul?

                  Congratulations John !
                  You are today's winner !!!!

I'm off to work now but will spend the driving time to think of a prize

( I didn't expect the puzzle to be solved so swiftly - a bit like when my best man, Frank Fattori, won the big prize car on
Sale Of The Century, after the third week of the series, leaving the big prize cupboard empty. It was a British Leyland vehicle which
very soon caught fire and that was the end of that ! )

                    It's my lucky day already.
Are you sure your mate isn't Jeremy Clarkson? - there's a scary similarity going on there Paul - great tale! Enjoy your drive. I'm heading for the wife's latest art show today in the middle of a wood - she's built a tepee and filled it full of sketches. Don't ask me, but it looks brill!

Can I remind posters that there are threads over on Art and Ideas dedicated to J.Clarkson and Lenny Henry ...

WM word production is below quota on this thread.

Production must be increased to meet our targets and save the global economy.

Should that be reading 'Global's economy'? I think we should be told.

Patrickod - It is tempting. I am hoping to leave my house for more than a day at around that time. By then, I will have had three years of comparative safety from the nation's wolves. Haven't flown though since 2005.

In the old days, I used to do more. I played a game of pool against Lenny Henry in the eighties. As "Arts and Ideas" have been mentioned, could I just mention that I spotted a really excellent thread on there. It is called "The Verb". I have no idea why.
