    Proms Planner

Like an obedient person, I've been trying to set up my Proms Planner for 2011, but have been frustrated in the attempt.

Maybe I'm being especially stupid, but I can't find the %$#^&* thing anywhere:

Go to http://bbc.co.uk/promstickets as the Guide says, and you get a series of options: How to book, What is Promming?, etc, but nothing about the Proms Planner.

    How to book
is the obvious choice, so click on that and you get to [URL="http://https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/3K8zlfLQBHNmVSxR5ccfgz6/how-to-book"]

There there are two possible options: When can I book my Promming passes? and When can I create my Proms Plan?; the first of these just gives the dates, so the second seems the obvious choice.

However, going there repeats the dates and says "you can go to bbc.co.uk/promstickets and fill in your Proms Planner." So we're back where we started !
I give up, can anyone help me navigate this hopeless system - or am I just being stupid??

Look for the Proms Planner on the Royal Albert Hall website.

I've yet to start, but from your description it looks like any link on the BBC website is buried amongst the marketing blurb and superlatives. The RAH website says you have to create an account there first.

Agree with Cockney Sparrow, just go straight to the RAH website https://www.royalalberthall.com/

Log in/register and scroll down to Proms 2022. It's also very helpful to save your debit/credit card details in order to prevent any fiasco, such as I had in 2018, when you eventually get to the end of the booking process on the day it opens.

Thanks to both, I've finally got there, no thanks to the BBC website! I logged in to my account at RAH and went to http://https://www.royalalberthall.c...bc-proms-2022/. Phew!
