Apologies Jayne - the laugh emoji was entirely about my inablity to hear properly what was going on (while making pasta con aglio e olio. I'll give it another listen, thanks to your comment.

I enjoy pasta myself, one of the few things I can eat on a much-restricted diet... I love garlic and olive oil (I often bake courgettes and shallots with this, and Basil, Oregano and Lurpak garlic butter, as the base for my sauces, or even, with a little white wine, the whole dressing).... so for tonight I can only wish you....
