I suppose there’s no chance of a resurrection of the very high quality FLAC audio stream of 2017, regrettably dropped last year - and by far the highest quality sound I’ve heard off 'radio'?
High Resolution Stream?

No sign of it despite fadingly hopeful googling.... how tantalising to do it for one year....I'm afraid part of it was probably down to the relatively low uptake, however enthusiastic those of us logging our comments were. But sound quality in its higher levels (CD up) sadly tends to be a minority interest in the age of the stream.
CD quality/hires streaming has only been around for a few years anyway, still only offered by a handful.
"The Lossless Proms..." ah, if only....
(I'd settle happily for FM - if we could have 50db+ dynamic range...and no fading up of ppps, and...well, you know... at its best, usually requiring a large metal sculpture on the roof, it could be glorious..)

Sorry - don't get your hopes up...
There was a thread of some length in 2017. I have just posted a link to AES paper from the BBC Research dept and comment on it on that thread. It tends to confirm there is little chance of the FLAC lossless stream being re-instated:
