    Indeed, Ferretfancy, congratulations! I couldn't do that, even when I was well!

    I agree with edashtv, that Bychkpv is one of the best conudctors around these days. Fully appreciated by the BBC, obviously by giving him what he needed. Oh how I wish it was on TV!

      The descriptions here make me wish I had got the train back, then returned to holidaying after a night spent at home. ( Not sure Mrs CS is understanding or tolerant to the extent that would require). I'll look up that binaural web link - per Bryn on the "Israel in Egypt" thread) to see if they've done one for this concert and I can hear it in lossless. That would be some compensation for missing on the live experience, at least.

        The binaural offering is not losslass, it has 320kbps encoding which I take to be the same type as used for the standard stereo iPlayer Radio 3 HD Sound. If you want Israel in Egypt in lossless you will have to catch the repeat this afternoon from 14:00, here.
