I've completed population of the Forum calendar with details on the 2015 Proms, as well as the 15 Edinburgh International Festival concerts which Radio 3 will air in August. Comments on each:
(1) Proms: you can link to each month on the calendar (if you really want to have an advance look) as follows (hopefully these links work):
July 2015
August 2015
September 2015
It's not a simple 'copy and paste' job, as I've added some personal touches like last year, as well as made corrections to mistakes (Andrew Slater has made corrections on his one-pager as well) on the BBC listings. (Of course, BSP notes that his personal touches introduce the risk of his own mistakes creeping in.) Based on cross-checking with the BBC Proms Archive, personal touches include:
a) Stating "Proms debut artist" and "Proms debut ensemble" for artists and groups where appropriate, which the BBC listings have severely cut down on this year, for some reason, but scattered individual identifications do appear here and there. (Also, for a few knights of the realm, I restored the "Sir" before their name, which the BBC pages omitted.)
b) Noting "first perfomance at The Proms" for compositions where appropriate. (Some of them will surprise you. They certainly surprised me.) When the work is receiving its London, UK, or world premiere, then of course it's a given that it is also a first performance at The Proms.
c) With a few exceptions, a blank line between selections indicates the interval. One exception is several of the PSM's with period-instrument ensembles, since a few of them have multiple selections by a single composer in succession, so that IMHO, for presentation, a blank line separating each composer seemed cleaner to look at.
Also, in two instances, namely Proms 17 and 36, I took it upon myself to "place" the interval in a different place from what the BBC's information lists, because at least to me, their placements have to be mistakes, i.e. in Prom 17, playing the Debussy Prelude (10 minutes), then intermission, then having a second half of almost 95 minutes. This makes no sense whatsoever. Perhaps I'm wrong in these two instances, but somehow, I think now, based on an intuitive sense of time balance for concert halves.
d) I tend to omit running times of works, more of out personal idiosyncracy. So you will not see those ERT's reproduced from the BBC listings.
e) I've given my own personal short titles to some of the Proms where it seemed to me appropriate (e.g. Proms 32, 62, 70). These are by no means to be regarded as 'official' titles sanctioned by anyone at the BBC or The Proms.
Also, per Caliban's suggestion in the thread on AS' one-pager, I've put in notes at the end that indicate TV broadcast. As well, BSP finally got a clue compared to past years, and I've added hyperlinks out to the BBC Proms' pages on each Prom.
(2) Edinburgh: as noted, I've put in entries for the 15 Queen's Hall 11 AM concerts which R3 will be broadcasting in August. It should be noted that 2 of them (Nash Ensemble, Christine Brewer/Roger Vignoles) are not live relays, but delayed relays. I've noted that at the top of each entry. Otherwise, the presentation format follows that of the Proms listings, although in the cases of the intervals, EIF doesn't note that in their concerts, so I've guessed out of the blue on those.
Of course, the standard caveats about schedule changes apply, as no doubt artist changes and cancellations, and music selection changes, will inevitably occur between now and the summer. I'll do what I can to keep up with the changes, but I can't assure that I will make the changes the moment that they occur. It's probably best for me to look in July as the First Night approaches, and then make all the updates at once.
