Sorry for the delay: I was out rather later than expected yesterday, so I haven't managed the printables yet.

I've made a quick modification to the blog: if you go to Prom 1, you'll see 'ON TV' has appeared next to the date / time details. If you click on this it'll take you to the bottom, where I've placed the list, re-ordered in Prom order. Click the browser 'back' button to go back. (I could change it so it opens in a new tab if that would be preferable.) Is this OK?

The printable pdfs have now been uploaded to Mediafire: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/tw6ncftqppwz5/Proms

This link is already in the sidebar.

Archived listings are in the imaginatively-named 'Archive' sub-folder there.

Again, if anybody notices errors or omissions, I will be glad to hear about them!

Good stuff - and a list of the televised Proms at the end: what a masterstroke

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

          Back o' the net!

The BBC's got website pie all over its face.

It a fab resource Andrew - renewed thanks!
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
          Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Are you saying the list is Pukka?
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

But does it infringe copyright? Not that we care because it is usefully good.

Thanks very much, Andrew. Far better than the BBC's pathetic effort, which I downloaded but haven't bothered to read. Still, I suppose they are trying to protect their own interests because they want to sell copies of the Guide etc.

I've finally made a few adjustments to the blog to enhance navigation:

                    - Each entry now has a link to the relevant R3 schedule page as well as the relevant BBC Proms page:

Blue Prom title links to the relevant BBC Proms page

Blue date / time entry links to the relevant R3 schedule page (only up to beginning of August so far; I will add more as they become available)

                    - TV list at the end:

Each entry now links (blue Prom number text) to the BBC prom page

I've added a sub-list for the late night concerts which will be available in audio-visual online versions

                    All comments / suggestions welcome

I'll try to keep the blog up-to-date with late changes: any info will be gratefully received

Just been pointed out to me in a Twitter discussion with the Proms marketing manager, that the official site will produce this view http://www.bbc.co.uk/events/r89mxj/p...etails=setlist - I'd overlooked the significance of the "Listing" and "Description" titles at the top of the all events listing page, click on Listing rather than the default description and you see the list of works/performers for each concert rather than the blurb, and then the "Printable" version lays it out day-by-day rather than event after event (including all the extras which rather get in the way of a quick overview, those are less obvious in the print view). Appreciate Andrew's work, but maybe we've been slightly unfair to the official site?

The single page Proms listings was really helpful throughout the festival - I used it daily.

Once again, many thanks to Andrew Slater
