Prom 28 still seems to be missing a narrator. Any ideas?

      Prom repeats on iPlayer

Perhaps this has been noted - too many threads to check - but I thought I'd draw attention to the fact that iPlayer repeats of Proms are available for four weeks, which is very good news, especially taken together with the afternoon repeats. Couldn't find a better place than this to point it out.

        Newest updates to the calendar:
Prom 20: change of soloist and concerto
        Prom 26: change of conductor
Retro-update: Prom 12 with the last-minute changes of soloists, just for the record (even though it's kind of meaningless now)

(Interestingly, Bychkov is still on for the Elektra Prom as of this writing. Maybe he'll be able to conduct seated? That is not meant snarkily.)

No clue; your guess is as good as mine. We may not find out until the day.

I'm finding your Proms calendar a very helpful at-a-glance guide to what's on - many thanks, bsp.

            Newest updates to the calendar:
            Prom 28: narrator
            Prom 32: narrator and choir

In addition, a partial retro-update, where I added James Doherty and Michael Jibson (the gangsters in "Brush Up Your Shakespeare", but am not sure who is "First Man" and "Second Man") to the Kiss Me, Kate cast list, although there's probably no hope of putting a full cast list up, for the record.

Thanks to pilamenon for the kind word; I do my bit from a distance, I suppose ;) .

Seconded. It's become absolutely indispensable - particularly when searching through the highly uninformative (not to say downright misleading) iplayer summary details to find the concert one's after.

              Great work BSP!

Almost real-time update to the Prom 30 Battle of the Bands entry, for Vula Malinga (singer)

Entry for PCM 5 has been updated, with Anne Schwanewilms and Malcolm Martineau taking the places of Alice Coote and Julius Drake.

PS: Albina Shagimuratova update as soprano for Prom 43.

Correction made to the Forum Calendar entry for PSM 4, with the substitution of Hilary Summers for Christine Rice in the annual "Olly Prom".
