    Proms Google Calendar

Hello All, I'm working on a Proms Google Calendar . I'm up to Prom 31 at the mo... the advantage is those with iphones /ipads , Android phones and tablets can then have a Proms Guide on their mobile device. The link is:- https://www.google.com/calendar/embe...=Europe/London I'll keep updating it and hopefully have it finished in the next 2 weeks...

All finished... If you use Google Calendar you can add the above as a calendar to it... if you also then have a smartphone/tablet you can have the guide in your devices calendar...

Brilliant work parkepr !! It has already been useful to check dates and programmes for some visitors later in the month !!

      Thank you.
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

        Good work parkerpr !

For the last couple of years, another calendar has been available (created by my wife Mary Crumpton in 2011):

This year the content appeared late, after Prom 2.
I see yours is (inevitably) slightly different. Yours has the performer in the summary, which makes it easier to scan through. "bbcpromscalendar" includes the Proms Plus and chamber music concerts.

          Hello Tim

I hope your sole interest isn't in parkepr's google calendar - excellent work though it was. There'll be plenty of discussion here about the concerts now everything is in full swing!
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
