Ah - See what you might mean. iPlayer plays the current programme, but not earlier ones? That does seem to be the case.

    Sorry to mislead.

What a mess! "Do you see anything different?" Yes I do. A system that did work most of the time has given way to one which simply does not work. That's what I see as being different.

[Anyone yearning after last night's Performance on 3 or Hear and Now, feel free to PM me. I may be able to assist.]

[[Latest: "We seem to have lost Popular for the moment. Please bear with us while we fix it."

Um, no, as far as iPlayer radio is concerned you seem to have lost everything not currently being broadcast. This appears to apply to all BBC Radio channels.]]

I was able to listen to last night's LiC via Squeezebox but only through using the "Live in Concert" filter.

R4 [apart from what is on now], iPLayer both seem totally down.
In fact, quite a lot of BBC pages seem to be down/inoperative

R4 certainly isn't - at least 'on demand' is not / iPlayer neither.

Indeed. I wonder who has the reddest face concerning the temporary collapse of the system. Certainly good to have it back up and running so quickly. I tend to rely on the iPlayer's 'Listen Again' facility for most of my Radio 3 listening.

I think it might well have been the schedule data that was screwed up, not iPlayer itself (as I was able to get round the problem using a search term instead of using the schedules).

Just tried the 'on demand' Pick of the Week, and that works perfectly well. Might be worth clearing your cache before re-trying.

Simon Parkes with his best of the previous seven days of BBC Radio.

Hmm, at the time of posting this, some programmes from last Sunday, which should by now have gone, are still available. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b043wpvd , for instance.

Blushing is the involuntary reddening of a person's face due to embarrassment or emotional stress, though it has been known to come from being love-struck, or from some kind of romantic stimulation. Severe blushing is common in people who suffer social anxiety in which the person experiences extreme and persistent anxiety in social and performance situations. Blushing is generally distinguished, despite a close physiological relation, from flushing.

The Sunday Feature "Sonic Art Boom - The Art of Noise" is more like "Sonic Art Squib - The Art of Silence" when it comes to the iPlayer's 'Listen Again' facility. "This episode will be available soon" is the legend it continues to bear a day and a half after broadcast. Fault report duly submitted, and since they have edited the files for the preceding and following programmes, no hint of it can be found to listen to. Very strange.

It appeared today - well worth hearing I thought.

                                iPlayer on the blink AGAIN!
Trying to catch up with Wallander - totally impossible. Stopping every 5 seconds.
