I was listening to BAL live this morning via iPlayer HD. At the end of the Brahms piano concerto review it cut out, so I gave up and had breakfast. When I returned the HD version seems to have been strongly affected by bubbling mud syndrome and is totally unlistenable to, though the regular "LO" quality link seems unaffected. This could be a network problem local to me, but it seems odd that the quality went down such a lot in a short time.
Bubbling mud comes to iPlayer HD

Yes, it's knee deep in mud for me as well.
The other 320kbps feed is OK: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r3_aaclca.pls or via iTunes
Also http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/radio/b...ree/listenlive works - but because of a fault in the flash player script used it selects the 192kbps feed, whereas the radio player connects to the same source but selects the 320kbps feed
