    iPlayer refusing to recognise i am in the country

    iPlayer is currently refusing my IP Address as out of the country or changed by my ISP; but it is static and unchanged. Other TV Players [ITV] are working.

    any one else experiencing this difficulty?
    According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.
