I've lost images in my e-mails in Outlook and, as usual, whenever I search for help for computer issues the options I'm told to click on are never there. I've tried turning off and turning back on again, which solves most issues, but not this time.
I'm told to click on the File tab in Outlook, then to click Options and Trust Center. I don't see a File tab, only Files and that's not it because there are no relevant options. Another option mentioned was to click on help and product information on my Outlook page to find which version of Outlook I have but going into help is no help at all. I just hit a brick wall no matter what I try.
