    Microsoft and contact and help

Want to stop payment for a Microsoft product
    BUT
[a] no personal chat line to clarify
[b] have only a landline phone so they CANNOT GET ANY TEXTED MESSAGE TO ME AT ALL.
[c] changed my email address and registered that THREE days ago, but they still think I am using my old address - so no contact that way either.

    Utterly bizarre.

Do you mean you've already initiated payment for the goods or services, and you now want to stop that? Otherwise, just contact your bank or credit card company and unilaterally cancel payment. Sort out any resulting "issues" later - if you want to, or need to.

I agree that some companies - and in this case this must include Microsoft - do make any sensible communications very difficult.
