Wifi Enabled Security Cameras?

Can they be recommended?

I'm not even really up on the standard sort, but wifi would be good so I could check footage on my phone.

I have moved accommodation and feel the property may benefit from one.

Any advice welcome!

I had a Ring Pro doorbell fitted here during renovations 18 months ago. I’ve been extremely happy with it. The ability to see on the phone who has been to the front door, and ‘go live’ and talk to delivery people at the door if one can’t answer right away, has been a boon and so far it’s been very reliable.

That's interesting. I always assumed that if we are hacked by the US that the Russians will get to hear what we've been doing before anyone else!

Just be wary of the claims that Nest make. From a practical PoV, they've messed up how their Scheduling etc works in conjunction with Home/Away and so may not be suitable for some. They don't plan to change it.
