    Amazon unlimited and Windows10

I am currently on a months trial of Amazon music unlimited. I have set up a few playlists but annoyingly the tracks continue playing but are muted at the end of each track and I have to put the volume back up using the volume mixer. Any clues on how to sort this?

Are you doing this via a browser or is there a Windows 10 app?

Sorry for not getting back sooner Cloughie. I've not found anything on the net. Is this still occurring? seems like a bug. I'll try and test later.

Is the desktop PC also Windows? Could be an issue with drivers or Windows versions.

Are there audio settings in Amazon Unlimited that might be affecting this. I have no idea what audio settings, if any, there are but I would make a note of how they are currently set and then change them to "do nothing" (e.g. normalisation, cross fade, etc, etc).

                [Later]
I see there is an option for "Loudness Normalisation" for "songs". It seems to be enabled by default but I would most definitely turn that off otherwise it will mangle the dynamics between tracks.
