Has Soundcloud gone quiet?

I listen to pieces on Soundcloud occasionally, and sometimes even put up material.

Today it seems to have gone totally quiet - no sound output at all.

Is this a bug, a problem, or a result of an attempt to monetise the site further?

Another site I visit - MuseScore.com seems to work fine.

Actually it seems to be working now. Perhaps problems were due to localised gremlins. I restarted my machine, then tried to access Soundcloud using a different browser - Edge. That appeared OK, so I reverted back to my usual browser which now seems to work.

Quite what had gone wrong I don't know - but things do seem to be more or less back to normal now.
