TNEF's enough? Malware?

I noticed an application under the name TNEF's enough has appeared somehow on my MacBook. I'm in two minds about whether it is malware or not, though I don't think I need it, and I don't know how it has got on to the machine.

It's not malware, but if you want to get rid of it, it needs a more thorough cleanout than drag and drop.

I don't think it came in an update bundle. I don't have it on my machine.
