    Cache files

I have been trying to remove clutter from my SSD.

I have identified over 9Gbytes of what look like temporary files - including cache fies - associated with Qobuz.
Can I assume that it's OK to delete all of those?

If I'm correct, that would only have an effect on the performance (speed of operation) of Qobuz, but would not otherwise affect use of that system.

If I'm wrong, I'd like to know before I hit the delete button.

It appears that the cache files may be in .../Library/Application Support/Qobuz/tmp/import

The directory includes three directories - Assets Cache and Import - as ascertained by using the Terminal utility.
Using du - sk Cache produces a result 8796916, while du -s Cache gives 17593832 which are both significantly large numbers,
and indicates a cache allocation of almost 9 Gbytes - which confirms the previous estimage from Daisy Disk.

It isn't completely clear what is in the caches - it is not obvious by looking into the directories.

My guess is that it should be OK to delete the caches, though there is a curious warning in the Qobuz help which pops up about deleting "local" files.

Since using Daisy Disk I have at least temporarily cleared enough space from other files on my MBP to permit updates and other functionality to work well enough.
I will possibly need to return to these issues when and if I try to do an install of Mojave, which I think needs a tad more than 6 Gbytes for the installer, and I would like to attempt that before Apple moves on to the next version of the OS - but I think there is enough time left for that to be feasible.
