We’re having a bit of a clear out. Some old junk must go.
In the process I found a magazine - only about a year old - which suggested that at that time Win XP was still being used by a number of users. We got rid of all bar one Win desktop (which hasn’t a licence, but can run Linux), but still have a couple of old laptops. Is there any point in keeping them? One was good for its time, the other less so, but much cheaper. I suspect the world has now moved on to the point where I could safely and sensibly take these to the tip. Both have Win XP installed.
