Does anyone use Microsoft Edge as their browser? Windows 10 wants me to change from Firefox. Firefox does keep asking me for money, which is annoying. Any thoughts gratefully received.

I used Edge for a while. It's better than IE in many respects because it is not trying to emulate all sorts of legacy functionality. It seems a bit limited here and there at the moment but I think it will develop into a really good browser once it gets proper support for plugins etc. It reminds me of Chrome in its early days! It has specific integration features which can simplify logging in to Microsoft online services (Office 365 etc.) which can be a help, but they can be a hindrance if you need to log in to different Microsoft accounts for different purposes.
I don't often use Firefox, but I have not had it ask me for money. I don't have it signed in to a Firefox account which may affect such things.
These days I mainly use Chrome which seems solid to me, but I have plenty of memory and processing power on my laptop. Some say it uses too much memory. One great advantage is that you can have multiple profiles on it which run without sharing any cookies. This makes it much better that Edge if, like me, you need to log in to different groups of accounts. If you happen to need to log in to more than one Office 365 for Business account, Chrome is much better than anything else simply because of its independent profiles.
Just as Firefox wants you to log in to a Firefox account, Chrome wants you to log in to a Chrome account (which is tied to a Google account.) I don't do that so I can't comment on what effect it has. You do not need to tie the Chrome profiles to any online account.

Mostly I like it, though I think sometimes it invokes code which goes into a loop or crashes, which can be a pain. That's on my Macs, anyway. I avoid anything to do with Windows these days.
