Website Blocked - what does this notice mean?

I Googled images to get the artwork for a Gloria Coates Naxos CD to put on my iTunes library. When I found what I was looking for, I clicked to go to the site and I got this message. Does anyone know what this sort of thing is about?

A copyright infringement, as the court order has been obtained by a publisher?

An anonymous reader writes: The UK High Court has ordered British ISPs to block seven websites that help users find unauthorized copies of eBooks. Under the order, BT, Virgin, Sky, EE and TalkTalk must block AvaxHome, Bookfi, Bookre, Ebookee, Freebookspot, Freshwap and LibGen within the next ten day...

Looks like Avaxham .com were suspected of illegally distributing ebooks, ( can't say I blame Bloomsbury if that is the case, even if they are throwing their weight around as per.....) and major ISPs were told to block them. Presumably the naxos cover issue was a bit of collateral damage.

Edit: actually. Avaxham seem to have guided users to sites that distribute ebooks illegally .Slight difference.

Curious to know ..is it avaxhm.com or avaxhm .com or even avaxham.com. I'm curious to know if one could get round the block by using the TOR browser.
