Web browser: Opera - useful view feature

Sometimes I use different browsers. Today I just happened to use Opera, and then not noticing which browser I was using, I spotted a slider at the bottom right hand side which adjusts the page and font sizes more or less smoothly. I thought this was a new feature in one of the other browsers which I use more frequently - but it wasn't.

Some people might find this very useful.

Saves having to find one's reading glasses!

If you mean what I think you mean, you can achieve this in IE and in Chrome by rolling the mouse wheel while pressing the Ctrl key.

That doesn't work on a MacBook Pro with a trackpad, as far as I can see. It may be version dependent, though - both Chrome and OS.

It is possible to expand the font and increase the size in Chrome and other browsers by using the cmd+ (and conversely by cmd - ) combinations on the Macs, but it is clunkier, and perhaps not so easy to use.
