TIA
1) Use the Apple Classical app which has an Ampersand . The regular Apple Music app has a sixteenth note on its cover. The search engine is a tick better for the Classical app
2) use the search. For example I typed in Simon Rattle Brahms and the symphony cycle popped right up along with half a dozen other discs. You can be less specific, such as typing in Rattle, but then you will have to wade through a lot more choices
3) if you want to find the album again add it to your album list from the menu choices , or create a playlist from the same list of menu options . The menu is accessed from the dots in the upper right
There is also a ‘browse’ tab on the toolbar. I don’t use it but it does give a composer list, albeit non alphabeticalLast edited by richardfinegold; 30-08-24, 11:11.

An update.
By accident I found that they've taken onboard my (and presumably other folks) request to be able to filter by Favourites. Previously, it was not possible to separate Favourites from Purchased.
Clicking on Favourites and looking at the list, I inwardly groaned as it had the lot all mixed up - tracks, releases etc. But I discovered that you can drill down thus
Favourites > Releases (aka Albums) or
Favourites > Tracks
You can then drill down further by selecting genre thus
Favourites > Releases > Classical
So I am very happpy.Fewer Smart things. More smart people.
