The Activity Monitor in Yosemite doesn't seem to me to be as good as the version from Mountain Lion - or perhaps I just don't know how to configure it. I don't have it on my machine, but someone (who shall be nameless) managed to download Yosemite over ML on another machine. Mostly it's OK, but when things go wrong (which they do sometimes) then the Activity Monitor seems a fairly useless diagnostic tool in the Yosemite version.
Am I doing something wrong? I liked the pie charts in the previous versions. I'm definitely not rushing to "upgrade" my own machines.
