    Adobe

Can someone who knows more about IT than me (presumably virtually everyone) tell me why I need to upgrade Adobe Flash every two weeks? Does it really become obsolete in that time?

I am very far from being knowledgeable about this stuff but Adobe's flash is known to be vulnerable to hacks, so I assume that many of the updates are to plug those vulnerabilities.

Thanks - I'd been wondering for some time about this being some kind of hack into my system being perpetrated, or virus.

the easiest approach is to get rid of Adobe - there are several other pdf readers that don't include the built-in conduits for malware

            It's Flash that's under discussion.

Personally I couldn't do without Lightroom and Photoshop.
