Facebook problems

I know Facebook is a dirty word for some, but I haven't been able to open Facebook on my laptop since I got back home on Thursday - I just get a message saying that Internet Explorer can't display the webpage. Has anyone else had similar problems?

I haven't tried it on my tablet yet.

No problems on Safari, just been Facebook-messaging happily!

Can you try another browser?

I will do, but other sites present no problem.

(actually I do sometimes get the same message with other sites, but clicking on 'refresh' usually cures the problem)

Downloaded Firefox (which I used to use) & Facebook opens OK on that. Not sure if that's a good thing or not . No idea why it wouldn't on ie.
