'Forbidden 403'

I'm trying to access Norman Lebrecht's Slipped Disc site and am getting a 'Forbidden 403' error message. The message also appears when I try on on my phone. From Googling the problem it looks too difficult for me to attempt to put this right.

What is going on? Is it a router issue? I'm on Windows 8 and the problems are mounting up.

There's definitely a problem. I'm using Windows 7 and I've been getting the '403' message since about 9am today.

Odd, very odd. It's now ok! I was trying the site on Thursday night and it was extremely slow and I was getting the Fobidden 403 message yesterday.

Who knows?
