    Spotify madness!

I'm sure that things have changed with Spotify over the years - no doubt in the name of "improvements"!

Now I find that I can't play the tracks in albums in order - whereas years ago there was no problem.

For example, if I search for Humoreske (Schumann) I can see Radu Lupu's version - as an album, but selecting that doesn't play or show the tracks in order.
Indeed it may drift off and play bits by other people.

I do not have the shuffle feature turned on which has been suggested as a possibility elsewhere.
Currently I'm using the version on Mac OS X 10.8, which is 0.9.7.16 though I also have a version on iPads, which I think exhibits similar failings.

This is maddening - I want to listen to albums such as Lupu's Humoreske in order - with nothing missed out.

I presume you are referring to the Decca recording of Humoreske, Kinderszenen and Kreisleriana.

Whilst there appear to be some sectional labeling inaccuracies regarding the Humoreske, the music seems to play perfectly well from Spotify on my Windows 7 laptop.

I use Spotify quite a lot and whilst I have encountered some inaccurate / inconsistent listing and labeling of works from time to time, I have never encountered the " problems " to which you refer.

I wonder then, if there are significant differences between PC and Mac versions.
