    Email notification of new posts

I've noticed recently that email notifications of new posts in threads to which I've contributed seem to stop happening if I haven't visited the forum for a while. Am I right in that? It's a bit of a shame, because there are times when I don't look at the board on a regular basis and a new post in a discussion I'm interested in is the very thing which would nudge me into coming back here.

    Just a mo' ...
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Other members may be more expert in this since I only subscribe to one forum - not a thread (I can't say the email notifications for that have been very quick, but they have been coming by the next day). The only way into your subscriptions is via your individual thread subscriptions (which I can't check) but I can only suggest you resubscribe to those threads and see if you are then notified.

Any complaints from others on this?

Thanks for that. I wouldn't call it a complaint: just an observation, really. I'll try what you suggest.
