I might have a quick look to see if I can produce a simple formatter tonight or over the weekend, but it's not going to be sophisticated.
I might, however, be able to provide something you can use quickly, with something better later on.Numquam Satis!

Thanks to Dave and Frenchie, I noe have an empty Inbox, and (I hope!) everything I wanted saved and downloaded as TEXT. Many thanks.
But ... I've now got a message telling me that I have 56 messages "stored"; I do not know what these messages are nor where they are stored: I don't have any Folders nor any way of knowing how to access (in order to delete/save) them. Any suggestions?Numquam Satis!
