Go the right hand side of the box containing the message in question. Tick the box. Scroll down to find the 'Selected message' box. Click on it. A series of options appears. Delete is one of them. Click it. Then at the bottom of that same options is the box marked 'proceed'. Tick it and the pm message will disappear.
If you wish to delete a whole thread of messages, then tick the box on the right at the start of the thread eg on the word 'Sunday' when the bunch of messages started, if you tick that, then a whole block of messages goes yellow, go to the options, tick delete > proceed and hey presto, the whole box of messages is deleted.

Some while back I increased the quota allowed to 500. But if you do want to keep all your messages, you should regularly download them as files to your computer and delete those on the forum website.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.Comment
