I seem to be able to access incoming PMs, is it possible to see my own 'sent' PMs, if I want to check whether I said something or not?

I suppose you could see whether you get a reply.

salymap, If you want to see your sent PMs you need to save the message to your Sent folder. On the page you use to send a PM, if you scroll down to Miscellaneous Options, you will find a box to tick for saving the message.

You need to make sure that sent messages are saved. In "Settings" go to "General Settings" and then scroll down to select the option to save sent messages.

          That's a better default option.

But by scrolling down, as you suggested, you have the option to request a 'message received' notification. If anyone does that to me I have to say I always cancel it on the grounds that I intend to reply anyway - but it may not always be convenient.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

It would also be beneficial if members occasionally deleted the posts in their inboxes as there is a limit of 50 stored messages!! Therefore one gets a message 'Joe Bloggs' inbox is full'
